Brian joined the firm Of Counsel in 1999. He received his law degree from Washburn University School of Law in 1985, and is admitted to practice in the State of Kansas, before the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Brian is a B-V rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell in the area of family law, with his practice centering primarily on divorce, custody, child support and parenting time. He has been active in the Family Law Committee of the Topeka Bar Association since 1997, having chaired the subcommittee which revised the Shawnee County Guidelines pertaining to child issues in 2007. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Washburn Institute of Technology, Legal Studies Program. He also continues to actively represent his corporate clients and their diverse interests.
