Tina Wenzl graduated with Dean’s Honors from Washburn University School of Law in 2023, earning her Juris Doctorate and Family Law Certificate. During her time at Washburn, Tina was a member of the Children and Family Law Center, served as a CASA volunteer, worked as a research assistant on a family law project, and she honed her skills as an intern at the Washburn Law Clinic. Her legal journey began after she received her B.A., Magna Cum Laude, in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from Fort Hays State University in 2020.

Tina's unique path to the legal profession saw her serving as a paralegal for twelve years, with a primary focus on family-related legal matters. This experience has enriched her practice, allowing her to approach cases with exceptional insight and expertise. Now an associate of the firm, Tina is admitted to practice in the state courts of Kansas. She is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and the Topeka Bar Association.

Tina’s practice focuses mainly on general family law, including divorce, parentage, child custody, child support, parenting time disputes, and adoptions.  Additionally, she offers comprehensive estate planning services and probate matters.
